Fabulous form and deep red color, Gold stamens may sometime be barely visible from the side.

Kansas has the added benefit of not requiring floral support! Kansas’ stems are strong and flowers will generally remain well held in all but the more extreme winds.

As an added benefit, Kansas’ blooms hold their color well and fade very little. Kansas is floriferous and grows vigorously. One of my favorite reds.

Some sources say Kansas is fragrant while others say no. Smell is subjective but, to me, Kansas has more fragrance sometimes than others, depending on bloom maturity and weather.
